Author Blair Linne is no stranger to worry and anxiety. Starting in 2015, she experienced crippling anxiety and panic attacks that spiraled her into a dark reality of discouragement and shame. After a long season of battling anxiety, she came to realize that there was no way around her worry--only through it, with God.
